Terms of Service — Biasharix

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Biasharix (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Biasharix is a platform that allows Kenyan businesses to create professional pages, showcase services and products, and accept bookings.

2. Description of Service

Biasharix provides business page hosting, booking management, and customer relationship tools. We do not process payments—all transactions between you and your clients are handled directly between the parties, typically via M-Pesa or other agreed methods.

3. Account Registration

To use Biasharix, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Biasharix operates on a subscription model. Fees are charged monthly in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your page will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Biasharix for any unlawful purpose or to conduct any activity that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Distributes harmful content, malware, or spam
Harasses, abuses, or discriminates against others
Misrepresents your business or services

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Biasharix, including text, images, and business information. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on your page and use it to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to share all content you upload.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your page will be removed from public view.

8. Limitation of Liability

Biasharix is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

Disputes between you and your clients
Payment transactions (we do not process payments)
Loss of business or revenue
Service interruptions or data loss

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of Biasharix after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
